I have hired Handyman Lopez many times to fix a sinking floor in my 126 year old home, he also put in new flooring throughout the home and put in a extra bathroom. My house suffered a broken pipe inside a wall on the second floor which caused the ceiling to collapse on the first floor and ruin several other elements of the house. Rony was fantastic to work with. He was timely(got to work quicker then other places we checked with), and his quality of work is fantastic, and his communication with us was great. He kept us in the loop with when the project would be done and even when we asked him to do a little more then originally planned he was right on it and took it in stride.
