Wow! This company exceeded all of my expectations to the highest degree. We recently moved into a rental property that had a very strong urine odor and Ultra Carpet Cleaning went above and beyond to ensure that our living environment was as safe and comfortable as possible. He was very attentive, responsive, and answered all of our questions without any hesitation. He even came back for free because we could still smell the odor after 48hrs.
