CAUTION: The work discussed is not the work delivered. Below is my text exchange with Mr. Claycamp. "I want to share some feedback so we can close the loop on the project. You did a solid job on the flooring and the garage-side trim, and I appreciate that you were thorough with cleanup. Those aspects were done well. I also need to address several concerns with the interior trim. The work inside was imprecise, the header trim was not completed correctly, and the light-switch cover was caulked over and had to be removed. In addition, the door trim sticks out roughly a quarter inch, and one of the trim boards was installed with an uneven, non-straight edge. Correcting these issues require replacing materials, which is an additional cost and time-consuming. These concerns fall below the level

I accepted their bid. They didn’t show up until 2:30. Tony left after he got there. His workman left around 5 and said he completed it and it was ready for stain. Tony said he’d be back the next day after he saw the pics. He was a no show and didn’t return my call or text. So now they wasted my stripper and cleaner and cost me time.

We have been working with Handyman Pro team for several years. They have worked on many regular maintenance type jobs, as well as major rehab jobs. Including totally rehabbing our new Cape house that had not been worked on for many years. We even had a flood this year and the entire lower level had to be redone. I feel very lucky to have them. They are reliable and fair and trustworthy.

My faucet started dripping days before listing my house on the market. Tom came as soon as he could and installed the new one just in time for the showings to begin! Super nice guy with a great attitude and sense of humor.
