I contacted Kool Zone for a second opinion after being told that my entire furnace would need replaced, and that replacing just the faulty part was not an option. When speaking with George for the first time over the phone and telling him what the likely failed part was according to the other company, he immediately said “ That part might be under warranty”. George was kind enough to come by the house to verify the faulty part and also get the exact information he needed to check and see if the part was still under warranty, which it was! We had to wait a few days for the part to come in because it was coming from the manufacturer, but I was definitely OK with that as it literally saved us thousands of dollars! George communicated
