After years of hinting (and maybe a little complaining), my husband finally gave me the green light to renovate our kitchen. Once I had the go-ahead, I did my research and quickly narrowed my choice to Handyman Pro Professionals—and I’m so glad I did. From our very first conversation, Ben made us feel confident and at ease. He was easy to talk to, straightforward, and refreshingly honest in the way he explained every step of the process. After completing the measurements, his pricing aligned with what we were prepared to spend. This was not a “cheap” job—because quality work never is—but it was fair, transparent, and absolutely worth every penny. Ben did a great job on converting our large primary bedroom into two bedrooms. He is knowledgeable and experienced. Ben was very flexible and understanding when a family emergency caused us to delay our project. His kindness put us at ease. Ben is very diligent and did a great job at navigating unforeseen challenges that inevitably arose. We felt like we could share our concerns and Ben would address them right away. He truly cared about our happiness with the outcome and took care to correct anything we brought to his attention. Had a great experience working with Ben. I needed soffits installed to cover up a vent exhaust in my kitchen. Ben was responsive throughout the whole project and listened carefully to all asks/ concerns. He was also very flexible with some other projects I had going on in the house which made it easy to fit everything in timely.
