I had been waiting for my super to have time to do a bunch of things that I needed to get done in my apt, and after 5 months of waiting, I googled handyman and found Vlad just a couple of blocks away. I actually booked him before I read his reviews or saw his website. He's been here twice already, and I will have him come back yet again to do more stuff. So far, he de-squeaked a squeaky front door that no one else seemed to know how to fix, he fixed some windows that were off their tracks and helped me to clean the outsides, he hung a chandelier, he hung four shelves and two curtain rods , and he did a quick fix on my toilet seat that was loose (I felt kind of stupid that I had forgotten how to tighten the screws).
