This is actually the first negative review I have made on Google out of hundreds of reviews. Hired Lee to do very basic work at a property in Battle Creek, and he wanted 50% down. I told him that I pay with progress, but he told me that he would have 10 people on the weekend to get everything finished up sooner than planned. I paid him 50% down. One person from his company painted one room, cut down some shrubs and did not show up afterwards. Two days of work. Then I was told that Lee fell and had physical problems, but the work was not completed after several requests. He basically took my money and disappeared. I am now taking him to small claims court, but I doubt he is collectible. So everyone looking at this review: DO NOT USE HIM. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME

This man took my money and disappeared. Said he had walking pneumonia. Never did the job but took the money.

Very professional and I loved the workers energy.
