I've worked with many trades over the years on several projects renovating homes and I have to throw a shout out to Jamie Stokes on responsiveness, quality, value and getting the job done when he says he will. He sets the correct expectations upfront and follows up. It seem more and more difficult to get this today. Jamie replaced and old worn out deck and did a great job, but he is not limited to decks, he can do most remodel jobs and tasks a home finds itself in need of. We can’t say enough great things about Jamie. His expertise, craftsmanship and communication is bar none. Ours was a difficult job of replacing rotten siding and a rotten major roof support beam to our log cabin due to water damage. Matching the new to the old siding was almost impossible, as they no longer make it in the same size. But, fortunately for us, after much searching on Jamie’s part, a close enough match was found, and he installed it in a way that you would never know it wasn’t there from day one. We will definitely enlist Jamie’s service again for any future repair or renovation projects. He’s s perfect ten in our book!
