The Hanes Mechanical tech came to my house in a timely manner, got the job done in under the allotted time frame that was agreed upon before arrival. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. When the tech left my house, where the repair was, it was clean like they were never there. PROFESSIONALS! I would recommend to anyone in need of HVAC repairs or mechanical issues. 10/10 would recommend their services!
Came home from work 11:30 pm to no heat. After calling around, Hanes is the only one that could help me. Young man showed up early next morning and got my 29 year old furnace up and running in no time. Highly recommend.
Excellent customer service. Russ & Eric were prompt to assess the situation with our sewer lines. They took their time and made sure we understood what was happening and discussed a course of action. I know we made the right choice with Hanes Mechanical!!
