Had a tricky electrical issue at my place in Albany, and these folks handled it like pros. They were calm, explained everything in plain terms, and didn’t leave until it was perfect. Honest, skilled, and easy to work with. Wish all service calls were this smooth!

When we moved into our home the previous owner left us a list of companies she used. I am so happy she did. Hart's Fuel has the very best service. They are efficient and helpful. We have had 2 mini emergencies, and Hart's Fuel was there the next morning to fix them. I cannot say enough positive things about them.

Can't say enough good things about Hart's. Called at 7:00 am when our oil burner died overnight, got a call back in 15 minutes from the owner, sent a team over by 9 and was fixed by 9:30. Super friendly and did great work fast.

We have use Harts Fuel for 14+ years. Jay is awesome. Yesterday he took the time to stop and chase our beagle that escaped. Thank you so much Jay. Customers for life!

We recently bought our house and were told the oil burner may need to be fixed/replaced. We called Hart’s since it is just down the road from us and the lady that answered the phone was immediately very rude. We told her that we have not used them before and she informed us that they only do service for existing customers and that applying would take a few days. Too much of an attitude to be working on the phone, we just hung up and called Main Care who is sending someone out today.
