Hired Hannah for a move out clean. The majority of the house looked good from the photos, but after having the home inspected she had failed to clean the top of the fan blades in every room as well as the freezer. I had her come back out a few weeks later to touch up the home prior to the tenant moving in, as well as clean the fan blades and freezer. Even after a second visit the freezer failed to be cleaned. I messaged Hannah asking how she would rectify the situation and she chose to ignore my messages. Hannah replied to the review to blame me for not making the specific request to clean the freezer. I reached out to Hannah on Friday because I needed a cleaner last minute. She was very responsive, communicative, and was able to fit my home in for Monday. Her price was very reasonable, the cleaner was there on time, and did a great job. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing cleaning services.
