Hanover Flooring

Dealing with Hanover Flooring was easy from start to finish. They came to my house to measure and gave us some samples to choose from. Once we had picked out our carpet and agreed to move forward I had a bit of concern about the color we had picked. I stopped in and Bob covered why he thought it was a good pick and a match for my house which was really helpful. Once they received the carpet they reached out to me and scheduled an install. The installers were really friendly and did a terrific job! I have never purchased new carpet before and I love the results! I would recommend them highly!!!

Hanover Flooring has a variety of quality products to choose from so it was easy to find what we wanted for carpeting and future plans for kitchen flooring. They are easy to work with and made scheduling a very simple process. The carpet installer was absolutely awesome and very experienced. The job was done quickly and on our timeline. I would highly recommend them.

We are very happy with Hanover Flooring. We had a mishap and the carpet needed replacing/repairing. Nick was the person who helped us. He prioritized our small project and was able to expertly complete the project. Looks great. I would definitely recommend them and I am happy to use them again. Lastly, the charges were more than reasonable.

They installed the wrong carpet.  They acknowledged it was their mistake and asked how they could make it right.  I initially explained what my expectation was and was even willing to negotiate those terms.   After several weeks of leaving messages and even stopping by the store they have stopped all communication with me.  There has been no resolution and I am extremely disappointed. I believe in doing business with a small business like Hanover Flooring but I cannot recommend them to others. Update date from original review. I hired an attorney and sent a certified demand letter and still no response!
