We were in the hospital having our baby and my window under the deck started leaking again. I called 8 contractors and three replied. Mike was able to come the next morning to help diagnose the problem and give an estimate. He was friendly and even answered my other random construction questions. The crew was able to come out quickly to remove the rot from the water damage and seal everything up in one day. They took out the window and basically rebuilt my wall. The crew worked efficiently and cleaned up well. A few days later it rained and there was still a trickle in the window. We used MBB to respond to water damage in our house in Plymouth, fix a drainage issue outside of the house in the yard, and also completely upgrade our kitchen and master bathroom switching the location of the toilet and the shower, giving us a lot of extra room. Kyle and Mike were both fantastic, helping us understand what exactly was going to happen when, how much things were going to cost, with follow through on the smallest details of the project. MBB is a great team to trust to greatly upgrade your home, highly recommend them and their work!

My family recently retained MBB Construction to repair the extensive hail damage that occurred to our home and two pole barns. The roof had to be completely replaced on our house along with a portion of the siding. On the pole barns the insurance company would only pay to replace the shingles on only half of the roofs on each of the barns. MBB did their due dilgience and was able to match the exiting shingles and the roof look great. They completely replaced the siding on one of the pole barns and did an excellent job. What amazed us most about this Company is their construction knowledge and ability to work with your insurance company to help resolve our insurance claim. Mike Baker with MBB replaced my 2 existing skylights in the office and installed 3 in my home where non existed. My restoration firm hired Mike for this task and our electrical firm also assists on all of MBB's electrical projects. I have to admit that Mike is my best friend in and out of work. This is not a simple sales ploy for Mike but rather his firm does things right from a remodel aspect and is HONEST. Mike is time sensitive to keeping a project on schedule but with absolutely no reduction with quality. If you were to ask me for a reference I would tell you that if Mike does not meet or exceed your quality expectations I personally would pay to make it right if MBB could not. By far the BEST remodel contractor in the Twin Cities!!!

They have remodeled and repaired many places in my home. It's always done well and on time, as promised. They leave no mess behind. They are friendly, considerate and helpful in so many ways. They are my go-to guys for all things construction/remodel/repair in my home. Highly recommend them.
