I was looking for a reputable HVAC company and I found it with Hansen. Austin is fairly new to AZ and the company but he is an asset to this organization. His knowledge and professionalism makes me fortunate to find this HVAC company. I have 2 older Trane units and his training and experience really showed while diagnosing these units. The first time you have to call a plumber for yourself can be intimidating. You don’t just want your problem fixed, you want it explained. You want to feel like the person helping you took the time to make sure they understand the specific issue, and that you understand what your options are, and why. Hansen Family Plumbing wasn’t the first plumber I called, but they will certainly be the last. When I called, their tech Chris G was able to come out and fix our issue same day. He did a wonderful job of making sure we understood what was going on and what needed to be done. He also took the time to do a full plumbing health inspection of the home and provided a sheet that clearly showed what we needed to monitor and its current status. Anthony arrived promptly and was great to work with. He took the time to troubleshoot our heater issue and provided a very reasonable quote. When our tankless water heater failed, he was able to swap it out quickly and efficiently. He even let me purchase the heater at wholesale to avoid a markup, which I really appreciated.
