I recently hired Hansen's Tree Service to trim and shape several trees in my yard, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Joel and his crew did an absolutely excellent job from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly how to handle each tree to improve both its health and appearance. They took the time to shape everything perfectly, and my yard looks 100% better. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they left the work area clean and tidy. This is the 2nd time to use Hansen's Tree Service. The first to take down a massive maple over a cottage. Flawless work. This time after witnessing so many destroyed trees in the area, we decided our black oak tree needed trimmed out to keep it stronger. It was encroaching on the roof, over some electric lines and the driveway. The team took great care to balance the trimming to benefit the look and health of the tree, but to also meet the goal of improved safety. They consulted and trimmed some other maple trees to insure if winds and storms come, they'll be healthier and stronger. Highly recommend. Be prepared to know what you want, these guys are great at consulting with you before, during and after.

Superb work by the Hansen's Tree Service crew. We had a 28" diameter walnut tree in our back yard, leaning over the house, and inaccessible to machines. The walnut overtopped a hickory we wanted to retain, and also threatened the power lines to our neighbor's house. The Hansen's crew of tree climbers took it down branch by branch, and in doing so did not damage the hickory or the power lines. They hauled off all the debris by hand, no small feat! And they all wore their PPE...thanks to Hansen's for providing their crews with the safety gear they need. It's our 4th contract with Hansen's Tree Service, and we will certainly hire them again for our future tree trimming needs.

We had a tree fall over and we called to have an arborist come out to talk about how we can get it cut to clear the road and then chip the wood for us to keep. We told the arborists we wanted to keep all the wood. Hansen's was very responsive. Dispatcher was very friendly and helpful. Arborists came out same day as we called. The crew came out the next day. But my issue is with Crew, who ended up taking (stealing our wood) after we had specified we wanted to keep all the wood. They Came and did not talk to us, we had to run out for an appointment. We came back and a few minutes later they left without saying anything. none of the wood chips were left behind and only a couple of huge logs. This was a big tree and we were looking forward to the wood chips and tree limbs to use. the crew st

We ordered 1 yard of topsoil and 1 yard of compost mixed up. I was expecting a pickup truck with at least three guys and shovels to help me put all of this dirt where I needed it in my backyard. Only one guy showed up with a dump truck and dumped it out in my side yard. He wouldn't back up to at least my fence because of a tree limb. We paid about $170. Way too much for no help and only one guy.
