We hired Norm to come and do a couple jobs around the house. TL; DR: The quality of the work itself was fine and we have no complaints about that, but the communication could have definitely been better. My husband called Norm to discuss various projects and set up an appointment. First, getting through to Norm was a bit tough. After trying to get through for a couple days, he managed to get through and discuss the projects, though no appointment was set since Norm was driving at the time. My husband later texted Norm and had a few back-and-forths to discuss the projects further and set up an appointment time. On the morning of the appointment, Norm was supposed to come at 9am. Norm was great! We needed our rain gutters cleaned out. We had not had them cleaned in about a year and half and live underneath an massive oak tree. Needless to say, it was quite a job! -Ease of scheduling: Norm returned my message within 24 hours and was able to come and look at the job to provide a quote the day he called back. He said he would be back in an hour to start the job and he was on time. -Quality of service: Norm took before and after photos of the work since we would not be going on the roof to inspect the work. It was great to see the photos. He also cleaned up when he was the work was completed. -Professionalism: Norm was very professional.
