Hello House Cleaning

Leaving a more recent review since the current crew does not seem to match the experiences I’ve seen from the other reviews. The first two cleanings were excellent, and then there was a huge downturn in quality for the ones after that (not just one, but all of the cleanings after). Attaching a picture of how they left my kitchen items including wine glasses in a pile in the sink after they cleaned them. Left a dirty rag in my bathroom. Didn’t wipe down all surfaces like coffee tables and mirrors. They also broke my husband’s kitchen scale by fully submersing it in water. Would recommend them for a one/two time cleaning but not for recurring cleanings, especially given it is pricier than other services. I reached out to this company and they were pleasant and prompt in replying to my message. Once we scheduled a date, I asked them what time they would come. It took them 2 days to reply to tell me the time, which included me having to send a follow up text. I was, finally, told 7:30-8:00am. They didn't arrive until 8:30 am, and they never bothered to give me a heads-up that they were running late. In fact, I had to reach out to them to figure out what was going on. Once they finally arrived, they made zero apologies for running late. They started on the 3rd floor and they made it clear they were not happy with the status of my husband's room and office. From the first time we met the cleaning ladies of HELLO House Cleaning we were most impressed. The ladies did a complete white glove deep cleaning of our rental condominium. When I saw that they pulled the refrigerator out and cleaned behind it, I knew I would like this company. I have since used them in my own house every other week and I have referred them several times where the people are very happy. The owner Cris, first came out to my house and asked about every room and what was to be cleaned and then forwarded that information to her cleaning ladies. They have followed her directions along with anything else that I have asked of them. There are some items that I don’t want cleaned and they have followed those directions perfectly. I’ve been a customer of Cristiany and her team for almost a year, and I’m so happy I found them! They were first recommended to me when I moved out of my apartment and needed to do a move-out clean. I was so impressed with the results, that I decided to keep them on for monthly cleanings at our new place. They are kind, thorough, and punctual—what more can you ask for? Highly recommend!

Amazing, amazing amazing! First time using them which were recommended by a friend. So glad I trusted her. I had a deep clean (this will obviously be more expensive) and plan to use them regularly after. I am a busy mom of 3 and I honestly hate cleaning my bathroom and can never get my kitchen to look as clean as I’d like so these services are going to hell me out so much. You know we’ve all been there, embarrassed to have people over sometimes because house isn’t clean enough, well hoping that won’t be the case anymore. They had 3 women come and clean which I liked because it was way more efficient. Seem to be very trust worthy women, even let me know of found (lost) jewelry. I appreciated that. Anyway, highly recommend, I am a happy mama!!!
