Absolut trash customer service. Nothing like waiting in line three times just to try and get a wrench warranted. Was told to get out of line to go check the shelf myself because apparently the dude was to lazy to do it himself and then when I asked him to check and see when it would be back in stock was told sorry I can't do that right now I have to help other customers. There was one person in line behind me at the register I was at and maybe two or three other people in line at the other two registers that were open.

Pretty good, I feel like they are loosing there drive to have variety and quality in store. They dont have the mechanic hand tool selection they used to have but overall still a good store. I ordered a side unit for my tool box and it's a month wait to receive it!

Love Harbor Freight for their products. As good or better than anything made and reasonably priced. One of the dumbest policies I have ever heard is this: I returned a Sump Pump that I never took out of the box. It was BRAND NEW! The associate got a knife and broke the taped seal on the brand new box. At first I thought he was confirming the contents. Nope. That was too easy. He lifted the pump out after removing the pieces of cardboard that held it. Then he pulled the plastic bag it was on off and examined EVERY inch of this BRAND NEW pump. He said it was store policy which his manager confirmed. This has to be the dumbest policy I have EVER heard. He knew the damn thing hadn’t been out of the box when I HAD TO help him get it out. Time consuming and pointless and therefore, a TWO star

Great place, Pricing is fair. I find good quality items that would cost me an arm and a leg from a major retailer .
