Harbor Freight

I have had too many very disappointing experiences with the manager at this store that goes by the name Simon. Instead of helping his customers, he seems more interested in exerting authority and power than providing good service. His attitude was condescending and dismissive, turning things such as simple transactions into a frustrating experience. As a customer, especially one that shops on the behalf of a company that has used this store for many years, I'd expect basic respect and professionalism. The way that he handles customer interactions comes across as controlling rather than helpful. Harbor freight has always been a reliable place for tools, but management like this reflects poorly on the company. If this doesn't improve, ill seriously consider taking my business elsewhere.

Bought a torch kit and was told that it was not returnable and i didnt think much of it as i paid and left.. Turns out the Oxygen tank cant be filled in the state of CA. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! WHY SELL ITEMS THAT ARE USELESS RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX AND CAN NOT BE USED!! YOU WILL NEVER HET ANOTHER DOLLAR FROM ME AGAIN! DIRTBAGS FOR DOING THIS!!

I totally love this place I love having the app it makes it really nice to see all the new stuff that they have ... And having the app you can see all the stuff going on sale first and all the freebies cool place don't know what I'd do without it...

I just love this place. They carry almost anything for your home project needs and then some. The staff is always nice for the most part and their prices are very reasonable.

I bought this Box 3 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. The installation was a little confusing at first, but became easier and easier as it was being assembled. I’ve also Bought two Jacks from Harbor Freight, my Daytona and Pittsburgh Jacks work great. I recommend Harbor Freight to anyone and everyone; Whether you’re a Mechanic or someone who’s looking into doing some home improvement projects and need something simple like a Drill or screwdrivers, maybe you need some eye protection glasses, Harbor Freight is the place for you with Great products at affordable prices.
