Harbor Freight

I bought an open box floor jack days for the same price that they were issuing a sale on days later. Only the open box didn’t include the handle. They had handles, but wouldn’t give them to me. I had to buy one… whatever. I take the jack home and concealed under the sale sticker was a gouge in the paint. No savings there. CONCEALING DAMAGE UNDER A STICKER IS SHADY! I would’ve bought a new jack in 3 days when the sale started had your staff just been honest. This jack was to replace the 7yr old one from Harbor Freight that had already failed. Their staff was rude about it. I’ve spent thousands at this store over the years, but I’ll never set foot in here again.

Useless staff. Drove an hour for Icon Wire Stripper/Crimper and they show 4 in stock at the store when they look up the item. Upon checking in the back they say they don’t have any and apologize. I ask for a rain check since it’s the last day of 35% off parking lot sale and they said they can’t. I understand if it said out of stock but they clearly show stock so why not take care of your loyal customer base.

Great selection of tools at a competitive price. Staff are very attentive and helpful. I usually shop here whenever they have coupons

I love love love coming here! It's kinda of what heaven looks like on the outside of pearly gates. You'll buy stuff you don't need and go home to break what it fixes. Great deals and friendly people. Went back for some more tools, I've never had to warranty anything here, tools last.
