Harbor Freight

This store is a coin toss. Half the employees here are awesome, extremely helpful, pleasant, and actually seem to care about helping you find what you need. ​The other half, however, are a complete nightmare to deal with. I’ve been interrupted mid-sentence and treated like I’m a massive burden just for asking if an item is in stock in the back. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored or have a staff member literally walk away while you’re talking to them. There's a serious lack of basic social intelligence and professional courtesy with some of the floor staff here. ​I keep coming back because the good employees make it easy, but the 'customer service' from the rest is just straight-up disrespectful. Management really needs to look into the attitude of the staff they have on the floor.

It will be nice that the people at the register mention that if you spend $39 you’ll receive a gift. Sometimes it is great to volunteer additional information to make the customer happy. This store Is okay but it can be better.

It's an enjoyable store for browsing. Better yet, they have good prices when you find that tool or those work gloves you needed. I've found the quality to be good with what I've found.

Bought an Air Compressor and just passed the year's warranty it died. It's a fortress brand air compressor with possibly a total of 5 hours on the unit. I called up to find out if I could buy the motor to replace it, but they said all the parts are available on their website. Well, the motor isn't one of the items on their list of items that they supply , only a few minor parts are available. So I have an air compressor that looks brand new and barely got any use out of it and now it's a brick because harbor freight does not have parts for it. Don't think I'll ever go back to harbor freight for anything.

The HF brand drill bits are amazing. I bought Masonry bits here and man they cut like i was drilling a 2x4!
