Harbor Freight

We went to this store on December 16, 2025 to pick up a Pole Saw. There were no pole saws on the shelf ,so we asked Kelsea to help us and she was able to get one from the back storage area. Thank you HF for having such an awesome employee. She should be considered an asset to your company. Thank you Kelsea again for giving us such great customer service. We will definitely be back next time we need something.

I have been to Harbor Freight many times. This time I had a coupon in hand for a garden sprayer to replace the one I had. I was in the aisle where they were supposed to be and there was nothing. A young man asked me what I was looking for and I held up the coupon and he looked at the shelf where nothing was. He then proceeded to search the store repeatedly asking me for patience. After a long search in numerous places he came back with a box of spray nozzles. I was impressed by the nozzle as different from the one I was replacing it was made of solid metal with plastic only in the handle and selection dial. I'm sure it'll last longer than the plastic on it replaced. I was also impressed with the work the employee went to both serve me and see that I was satisfied

Good customer service. They did not have what we needed. We will go back love the store it is a great location.

I called looking for product specifications and availability. Kelsey(spelling could be wrong) answered the phone. She went above and beyond the new standard of phone etiquette. She went above and beyond the new standard of employee-phone services. She took her time and answered all inquiries. Kelsey gets the award for Professional employee. 5 star phone experience

Cheap tools, sure, but be prepared to give up your life story if you need to return anything. I am a private person and don't give out my information to just anyone who asks. When they ask for your number and I decline, they always reply with, then you will need to keep your receipt if you need to return it. So when you come in with your receipt, they won't refund or replace with items until you give them all your information. I left with the item to preserve my anonymity. Personally, I am done with harbor freight. Good luck.
