The extremely friendly staff at this location is very knowledgeable about product locations and inventory on hand. The staff is also quite abundant, so you need not look far in order to be assisted in whatever you may need. Staff here is respectful and does not try to sneak behind you as you walk around the store in order to try and "catch you" doing something wrong. With the prevalence of shoplifting nowadays, I believe this speaks to the company's genuine dedication to respectful customer service regardless of social decay (rampant shoplifting). This store, like others in the same franchise, has a conveniently affordable back corner in which open and incomplete sets of tools can be found for a fraction of retail price. This store is my bread and butter when it is about buying tools. The quality of tools is lower than Home Depot, but it's worth every penny. The store is very clean. The downside is the new team of managers running the show. It's hard to find, train and keep good staff these days.

Come on, it's Harbor Freight. This is the place for DIY. Prices are unbeatable, you can exchange or return just about everything purchased therepool without a hassle. Quality, well some things are very durable, most are suited for the weekend warriors. I do work on many different things so I get all my consumables here. Did I mention the prices?

I have never had a problem at this harbor freight always good experience and employees beyond helpful but I had a rude visit today. I came in to buy a jack today and once I was checking out an employee named “David” rung me up and asked if I wanted to join/purchase the inside track membership I declined respectfully then he asked again and I said no once again and he them made a rude comment under his breath saying “ I guess some people just don’t like to save money” I don’t know if the employees are taught to make comments like this but it was very disappointing and I hope he is guided on how to talk to customers

I wondered how their tools were so cheap. I was thinking they might just be cheap Chinese junk, however, the associate said that they make their own tools. Interesting. I guess since since they already have a distribution channel, they can make them cheap and still be profitable. Good prices. Clean store. Good stuff
