Harbor Freight

Came in twice to get some items to hopefully get my pallet jack working. Tools and oil were correct but didn’t get it working. Attempted to buy a pallet jack and was told they don’t have any available, but were on the truck and would have to wait till help came in to possibly get it ofd the truck. I offered to help get it and i was immediately treated like I was trying to do something wrong. I left and went to Northern Tool down the street. They had plenty of stock that were rated for higher weights and about a hundred dollars cheaper. Have been very happy with my purchase from them.

Was sent here by another store. They showed one grinder in stock drove out to get it only to find out the one they had in stock was their display, not for sale.

Employees are willing to find the best deals so you get more for your money

When I need a DIY tool or supply this is one of my go to places. While it isn't known for having the highest quality products, it has some solid items. For items like a hand sander that I don't use very often, I can buy one here for a fraction of the cost of Home Depot or Lowe's and the tool is almost always good enough for my needs. It will depend on the item and I suggest doing some research first before buying, especially if it is something that you will use often or it needs to be reliable. Their app is also very useful for finding coupons, seeing what they have in stock and keeping track of deals.
