My generator broke down and i needed to exchange it, but I still needed to empty the gas tank. Without knowledge of how to do it exactly, the store manager Alexander was the biggest help. He helped me pump the gas of the old generator into the new one and then helped me lift it into the bed of my truck. Huge thanks to him i was able to get a new one up and running in under 10 minutes.

Had just what I needed. Friendly staff and the store was clean. Great for holiday shopping.

This will be my first and last time buying anything from this company. The receipt vs what the employees inform you of is so misleading. This will be my first and last time bringing business here. I was highly referred to this business ( orange ) to purchase a product for my business. I purchased a product and it says if returned it’s subject to a restocking fee on the receipt and the employee at orange said when I initially bought it if it’s defective I can return it and the company will void the restock fee. Then when I go to return it in lomita coz thats the location closest to me after I open it and try it it doesn’t work and they give me the run around and told me to call customer service and convey my complaint to them. Usually out of STOCK...lately it seems they don't have much STOCK in this particular store, not sure why. But when I look at all the other HFT stores near by they have plenty of stock...any reason for this ?

I am a painter, crafter and jewelry maker, my husband came home with a cart for his tools. I lost my mind, he took me there so I could get a cart! I love 💘 it. The store is nice, the staff is helpful no matter how many questions you ask. They load your purchases into your vehicle no questions. They have great sales, always check online for their sales though. This number was 199 in store but with online sales coupon it was 149 woo hoo! Great storage for the little lady, comes in variety of colors. I have mine inside my office.
