Harbor Way Garage

I wish I could give zero stars to this garage. It is super expensive, yet you have to park wherever they feel like. 60% of the spots are blocked. Not reserved, blocked to park and EMPTY. They’ll make you park under the other building. Like if I wanted to walk from the other building I would’ve parked on that side. I you can avoid this garage, you should.

Really frustrating experience. I parked here today, December 28, 2025, because I shopped at one of their partner stores and received a parking coupon. Parking was supposed to be $12 with the coupon instead of $25. When I went to leave, the coupon wouldn’t scan, and when I asked for help, I was told nothing could be done and I had to pay the full $25. Between paying full price for parking and spending money at the partner store, I ended up losing almost $20 for something that was supposed to be a benefit. I had the coupon and proof of purchase, but no effort was made to fix the issue or offer any alternative. I wouldn’t have chosen to park or shop there if I knew I’d still be paying full price. I never thought I would write a review for a parking garage but here I am. We came to the seaport for Snowport and stumbled on this garage. Things seemed fine until we kept going…and going…and going only to find zero spots and all of us being funneled into a dead end where we all have to 3-point turn to get out. We got frustrated & finally took the electric car spot even though we didn’t need to charge (they require electric cars to charge). We thought we could easily charge the car for a bit BUT you need to 1) download an app 2) add all of your information 3) verify your information and it STILL didn’t work. We went back to the exit and they said it’s free within 15 minutes. SO they do get people coming back after not finding a spot. Ever heard of a “lot full” sign??? Never again.

Confused staff were unable to honor validated rates. Felt like a scam. I don’t expect a lot from parking garages, but honesty shouldn’t be too much to ask.

Good place to park if you want to have access to thel Boston area next to the port. There are a few EV chargers as well.
