Hard Rock Imports - Granite Countertops Dallas

From start to finish Hard Rock Imports has been great to work with. I had the pleasure of working with Max Beckum and one of his install crews. Max was persistent in keeping me up to date on the process while giving us a personal touch to updating our countertops. It’s rare to find a business that’s calls to give updates. I was able to pick out the exact slab I wanted, get a quote within my budget the same day, and have it installed the next week. The installers were busy bees and wasted no time getting the old out and the new in. They didn’t damage anything. I am still surprised that they didn’t damage the backsplash. They know what they are doing and obviously Max and Hard Rock Imports does as well. My wife’s exact word where, “I am very very happy with these countertops.” Thanks guys!

Best company to deal with! Was screwed over by another "Stoneworks" company in the "DFW" area but HRI came thru with a better quartz counter top (Rodi by Della Terra), cheaper, and had it installed in a week without any bogus "expediting fee". Tom is the nicest person to deal with. Their installers were amazing. They fitted the counter top along a very uneven wall.

Tom Beckum and his crew did a great job. On time, no call back needed, etc. Tom was especially helpful finding the right slab as well.

Worked with Max on a couple of projects and had a great experience each time. Spent plenty of energy on a larger order and he was always willing to help in anyway to get our slabs picked out and ordered. Great service matched with plenty of enthusiasm. Highly recommend.
