Had no heat. Called Hard Rok Plumbing and Heating. Spoke with the owner who came to my home within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the issue and called his employee (Chris) to bring the part (mother board). Chris was very professional and fixed the issue in a timely manner. Highly recommend Hard Rok Plumbing and Heating. Have dealt with numerous heating companies in the valley and highly recommend them.....They are the best.

Amy was very responsive in getting me a quote that was reasonable. She was helpful in answering my questions and got two guys out to replace my water heater the next day. The two gentlemen (Logan and Cody I believe were their names) that came to my house were fast and efficient, they had the water heater installed and ready to go in a few hours. Hard Rok Plumbing as gained a new customer. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and painless the whole process was thanks to a great service and install team.

We had some issues with our heaters not blowing air and I called our apartment complex to get service. Amy from the office immediately called me to schedule a visit and sent DAVID to fix the issue. Both Amy and David are 100% rock solid (see what I did there) with their prompt, friendly and professional service. David knew exactly what needed to be replaced and was done with accuracy and speed. I will definitely use their service when I’m ready to build my own house because I can tell that this local business treats their client as community members and not just numbers in the game.
