Hardware By Design

I broke the cylinder on a 25 year old deadbolt for my front door (over tightened). The lock had no identifying manufacturer (even on the underside). Google image searches failed -- and the cylinder was a custom part for thicker doors. THANKFULLY, the folks at Hardware by Design we able to search and find what looked like a match. They contacted the manufacturer for me and asked them to send a new cylinder. Thanks to Ashley Norton for the new cylinder. Really appreciate all of the help! GREAT customer service.

Waited for 10 minutes while salesperson finished a phone call, we were never acknowledged. Once off the call, never said a word to us, continued to work at his computer. So happy that he has so much business that he can ignore a customer who was ready to buy a $500 plus entry door lock system. Try to buy local, but will go online now.

I had some multipoint locks I thought I was stuck with, but Brian and Pete from Hardware by Design were so knowledgable, they found and verified a replacement trim set. Can't rate them high enough.

Hardware by Design has the most knowledgeable staff for high-end hardware in the market. I am constantly amazed by their service and would be willing to pay more (even though I get incredible pricing) just to work with them. I won't go anywhere else!
