Hardwood and Tile Flooring

Great workmanship. Costi is a man of character. He brings a problem solving attitude and completes the job with quality. He repaired our stairs and then installed white oak treads and risers. Not a single creak comes from them anymore and they are solid. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs any floor or stair work done.

Costi is the best flooring expert that I ever met. Other than my own home, I owned rental properties throughout the years. Me and a few of my friends have used Costi for different jobs throughout the last six years. Costi is the best. His professional skills in installing and repairing different floors are unique. He always surprises me with the beauty of his work. He is very detail oriented. He is very punctual and has never missed an appointment. He always shows up on time & finishes on time. His prices are very reasonable and with the quality of his work, it’s actually a bargain.

Costi did a fantastic job on our floors! He is thorough, affordable, and very professional. He began his work as promised and completed it as scheduled. Communication and scheduling were clear throughout the process. At the end of each day, he left our home dust-free and clean. Costi stripped, sanded, and refinished our existing hard wood floors. In addition, he removed carpeting from our stairs, upstairs landing, and in 2 bedrooms and then installed new flooring and finished it. It is impossible to tell where the old floors end and where the new ones begin. We had quotes from 2 other companies who were unable/unwilling to install wood on the stairs. He sanded and refinished the oak flooring on our main level, and filled in two joints between rooms with new wood. Look no further, you can’t go wrong with Hardwood and Tile Flooring!

Costi did an excellent job sanding and refinishing our hardwood floors/stairs and they look great! He helped us select the right stain color. We were able to experiment with different stains on a test area to see how they look in our house. He also installed custom fit wood floor diffusers that are flush with the floor. He vacuumed the sanding dust as it occurred and hauled it away with minimal dust left behind - difficult to do considering this type of work. I left the HVAC running in the house and changed filters after job was complete. He was respectful and very professional and stayed committed to the job until it was complete.
