Erik and his team are rockstars. He responded to an urgent situation (while buying a house) and provided timely and accurate information that helped us approach the purchase with eyes wide open. Ultimately, we ended up demo-ing, leveling, and installing a new floor. He was super accommodating throughout, communicated every step well, and we absolutely love our new floors. They worked quickly and efficiently- finishing faster then anticipated and did a thorough excellent job- noticed and fixed some subfloor squeaks before putting the wood down.
