Hardy did a great job replacing my large glass block window, maintaining the integrity of my unique exterior. Excellent from sales to install.

We were in need of having some glass blocks replaced in two different windows on our bungalow. After talking with Bill we decided the best course of action was to replace both windows entirely. It made the most sense based on the number of blocks that needed repair and the condition of some other blocks. Bill gave a quick and very reasonable estimate for the work to be done. He was upfront about the timeline and was very flexible in scheduling. On the day of the work, the crew sent out was very professional and on time. (A few minutes earlier actually, and that’s ok!). Overall great experience! Replaced our original, 70 year old basement windows with glass block. Had a good customer service experience, fast turnaround, reasonable prices and flawless installation!

Horrible installation. Paid a lot of money for the custom windows including removal of old windows and installation. The contractor did a poor job totally disregarding our wishes and concerns. On the bathroom window the installer left a 6 inch gap of concrete at the top which is unsightly and irreparable due to the bathroom wall being tiled. The other windows were installed directly in front of the windows that were supposed to be removed however the contractor did not remove them. Hardy Glass Block failed to live up to its proposal agreement and failed overall in customer satisfaction as they totally ignored my concerns when brought to their attention.

The process of having Hardy replace my basement windows are great! Upon contacting them for a quote they had one for me within days and the price was reasonable. Setting up getting the job done was simple and I didn’t have to wait long for the work to be done. As a new homeowner I did not think about needing a permit, so I would just check with your town before getting work done. But the people at Hardy were so helpful in helping me complete that application with the town after the fact. The new windows look great and help my old house feel much more secure. Thanks so much!!
