The company is Professional and fast in their feet. We truly appreciate working with this company. Our AC went out, we gave them a call within 15 mins and someone came to the house. Within 10 minutes of being there, knowing exactly what was wrong. We were informed that the part would be ordered and would be here within 2 business days around noon. Two days later by 2 pm our AC was fixed. Within the next 30 minutes our house was freezing.

We had an after hours issue and knowing phones are answered 24-7 was a relief. Mr. Neel responded quickly and kept me informed of the process. He got our system going again in no time. Very happy!

Ok. I don’t know who your A/C people are but you need to call Hargrove Neel. They are great. Twice our a/c has gone out in this heat. And they fixed it right away. Van called me back even when he was off duty. They Calvin called and we got it fixed on the phone. With this heat they have been real busy but found the time to call or come fix the our problem. We had new air handler unit and compressor replaced in June 2018 by Hargrove-Neel. Two service technicians came on the day promised and worked most of the day to complete the job. Over the next 3 months of east Texas heat, our kilowatt usage was significantly less compared to the same months of the previous year. Therefore our electric bill was less, with keeping the thermostat at the same levels that we always do each summer. This is with a 14 SEER unit. We were replacing a compressor and air handler that were 23 and 30 years old. We are very pleased with this system. Expect our winter time bill to be less than previous winter months also.
