Another great experience with Harmony. We had no heat at 10pm when it was 9 degrees outside. We called Harmony and they got right back to us. Ben came out to service our system. He was polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed our issue and took the time to explain what happened that caused us to loose heat. He drove from an hour away to help us out. Excellent technician.

We've been using Harmony Heating for years now and the technicians have always been on time, professional, thorough, and courteous. This time was no different. Ben was great, he talked us through the issue we had and helped us understand the problem (clogged drain). He was in and out and got the job done perfectly. I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!

My heating system would not shut off at the set temperature. He was able to determine right away that the issue was a thermostat wire—not the heat exchanger—which saved both time and unnecessary expense. Ben was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire visit. I really appreciated his honesty and expertise. We had an issue with our Furnace after hours and Colton Grieve From Harmony Heating came to look at our furnace. He spent a couple hours trying to locate the problem. He needed to come back with the required Mother board and quickly replaced the board and ensured the furnace was in working order before he left. He was very clear with us when explaining what needed to be fixed and made sure we understood the issue. Very professional. Thank you Colton for a great job well done!
