I’d like to recognize the prompt service provided by PHD Mechanical and thank Jake Woodruff and his assistant Dylan for the excellent work completed in my home. They handled several plumbing issues with expertise, efficiency, and professionalism. I appreciate how thoroughly they assessed each problem, explained the steps, and worked seamlessly as a team. They kept everything clean and made sure all repairs were functioning before they left. I am grateful for their work and would gladly recommend them to other.

The problem with my soaking tub was multifaceted - issue with mixing valve, faucet cartridges, water pressure. Not to mention limited access to all the plumbing due to the way the tub is installed with tiles all around it. They had to make multiple visits to fix the issues but in the end they made it right. The technician was always professional and gracious no matter how much difficulty he was experiencing. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of everyone at the company I interacted with.

We had a water heater issue recently and Alex and his team came out and helped sort it out. They were very knowledgeable and professional and super helpful. I was very thankful that they were able to come out quickly and efficiently come up with a solution! Couldn't have asked for better people.

Alex came to fix our kitchen sink and was respectful, walked us through exactly what needed to be done, what we were paying for, and how long it would take. The work was flawless and everything works great now! Very pleased!
