I had a plumbing pipe repair done and called Harmony Plumbing, They came out within an hou and thankfully quickly found the problem, and fixed everything professionally. The technician was incredibly sweet, respectful, and knowledgeable. He even cleaned up all the mess before leaving, which I really appreciated. Great service, fair pricing, and excellent workmanship. Our home warranty company sent this plumber to identify an issue with our sinks not draining. The plumber determined he couldn't simply snake it (we had already tried this), and needed to get authorization for a more extensive repair of the pipes. When he left, he told us we'd hear back from "the office." When we checked online the next day the ticket was marked "complete." We had to call the warranty company to re-open it and send someone else out. The lack of follow-up and clearly their inability to diagnose the problem makes them a waste of time. Do not recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Harmony Plumbing. I will definitely use them in the future fir any plumbing issues. Harmony Plumbing was assigned via my Home Warranty Company to fix my sump pump. The sump pump stopped working on the weekend & per my Home Warranty policy I contacted them & left a voicemail. The gentleman called me back & discussed my issue informed me he could fix it on Monday. On Monday he arrived & was respectful, professional & efficient. He did an exceptional job & I am grateful.

Harmony Plumbing was assigned by my home warranty. They did an awesome job fixing my clogged sink, I will definitely use them in the future.
