I spoke with the receptionist for a long time explaining i was referred being i need a scope of the drain pipe. I had went through a process with the referring plumbers and they did not want to charge me to come out when they could not help me. I waited 2 days for them to come out and address the issue. . The guy shows up , he doesn't even have a scope, his line to snake our line wasn't long enough, and he referred me to another company. 255.00 for nothing! I called and she insist i did not tell her I needed a camera otherwise she have sent one. Now who is lying! He gave me another company because they don't have the ability to do that. I called and Brent came the next morning. Very fair prices he was very professional and knowledgeable. They were recommended by a friend, but I also went on Ocala word-of-mouth on Facebook. I highly recommend them very hard to find a good company that doesn't take you for every penny.

We had our our outside shut off valve break so that means we had no water to our house,came right out and fixed it along with our toilet problem and we had them come back and install a new kitchen faucet price was very fair,update had to have them come again for another problem still a great job ty Chris
