Harold Groves Plumbing Contractor

This morning I called Mr. Harold Groves regarding some plumbing work we needed done at our home. I spoke with his assistant, who I am assuming was his wife, who took down some information. Some time later he called and was very aggressive and abrasive from the beginning of the conversation. I explained being out of state and this home being our second residence it was used seasonally. I asked for him to come over and turn on water and check the toilets/sinks to have everything up and running for when we return. He immediately started acting in an aggressive nature raising his voice saying he would not enter premise cause the work we did could cause his license to be in jeopardy. Mr. Harold did a fabulous job getting my leaky toilet fixed. He was prompt and very professional. Plus, he didn't charge me an outrageous amount, either. Ain't no wonder that Groves Plumbing has been in business since 1940. Only good things withstand the test of time!

Mr Harold was amazing, called and left a message and got back to me within 30-45 minutes and was out to my house within the hour of talking to him, fixed my main water line that was leaking, went and got the part and had it fixed in 45 minutes. All I can say is mr Harold is a true professional and was sent to us from heaven to help fix our problem thank you so much

He was awesome. I would call him a MASTER PLUMBER he's honest..straight to the point...fair on his prices. And he's funny.
