Two technicians arrived at my residence to check my HVAC system. After checking the outside unit and going up into the attic I was told I needed a whole new system. I was advised they were not compatible and their service manager would contact me regarding prices on a new unit. The following morning I awoke to my ceiling dripping water and partial collapse. I went up into the attic and observed my drainage line was disconnected. I contacted the service manager(Dennis) and advised him of the problem. Now after several months they are claiming they never went up into the attic and that I’m a liar because the technician that made my location never makes mistakes. I had been a customer for over 20 years with them. But I guess that doesn’t matter as long they don’t pay for there mistakes. So I
