I had an issue with the pay box back in December. I called the number I got online and left a msg for a return call, surprisingly they called back within the hour. I was given a local number to call to handle my issue. The guy I spoke with, Mr. Bertram, was attentive to my issue and concerned about finding a remedy. He reviewed the system for errors then had me forward him any documentation that I had to help prove my statements. Overall, the issue was resolved and I'm completely satisfied. I appreciate the immediate call back from the headquarters and I appreciate Mr. Bertram for his patience and professionalism and down to earth demeanor. Thx again

Absolutely dismal service and treatment. The garage is unsafe and dirty, and the gate routinely malfunctions. In the latest episode, upon exit and attempting to pay, the gate opened so we left. We then received a $100 violation notice, and the dispute was declined. DO NOT PARK HERE.

Crazy steep and tight entrance/exit. Fairly good signage and helpful staff, but there was construction when I went and it didn’t look the safest driving through the sheets.

I’ve used this garage for years without an issue. For the past few weeks this garage has been under construction with workers directing you to enter and exit passed the inoperable ticket machine. LAZ is the management company of this garage and they are still allowing patrons to be fined for non payment.

The staff is terrible. A total lack of customer service and ability to understand basic concepts. No appreciation for business and community. Very rude. Highly unprofessional. Will hold customers hostage instead of providing a reasonable customer focused solution. If your ticket is lost or damaged, business seeks to charge $50 no matter if it’s 15 minutes or 2 hours. This is unacceptable and happened today May 19, 2023. The man who answered the phone was very rude and declined the request to speak with a manager. People were blowing their horns and walking up to the pay box to seek help. The employee was standing there with a stop sign and their was an elderly man in an older vehicle stuck at the front of the line holding up the other cars.
