Jeff and his crew recently did a major exterior renovation on our home adding Hardie Board & Batten siding to a 1960's concrete block home and replaced three windows. I had some unique requirements by requesting that they add exterior insulation between the CMUs and the siding and specifying that he use Zip R-sheathing from Huber which isn't readily available here in Jax. Jeff figured out the design, managed all the permitting, was great at communicating, and had the whole project done within about 8 weeks. Some of the quotes felt like they were nickel and diming (ever detail was itemized) and one company refused to quote. Jeff gave me a price, didn't worry about the minor details, and if something needed to be fixed, he took care of it.

Jeff did a full-home window replacement job for me 10 years ago when I bought my home with some old rollout windows. Recently, I decided to replace an old window that I passed on replacing the 1st time and I didn't hesitate to call him again. He came out personally to do the measurement and give me a quote. Everything went exactly as planned. His crew was clean, professional, and courteous.....just like last time! Thanks Jeff!!!!

Jeff Harrington's company renovated an upstairs bathroom for us and a sunroom addition. Both renovations turned out great! Our upstairs bathroom was completely gutted.The final product is a new updated bathroom we love. The sunroom addition turned an unused sunroom into a beautiful addition complete with new flooring, windows etc. Through out both projects, he was very easy to reach and he communicated well with us regarding time lines. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to renovate their home. It will be done in a timely and professional manner and the craftsmanship is outstanding.

I had my aluminum windows replaced by Jeff and his group did an excellent job. They were on schedule as promised and delivered without any hassels. A good contractor is hard to find and I would trust Jeff with any future work that I need. We will be using his services again.

This is the second time I have used Harrington home renovations in the past 5 years. The work was done efficiently and expertly. Also a very knowledgeable and friendly group of guys to have working on our home.
