I’ve been using Harris Air for five years, and today’s service reminded me why. My technician, Tyler Bunn was incredible—he thoroughly explained everything and even texted me real-time photos and videos of the parts he was checking. He provided a detailed system report card showing exactly what passed and what failed, which made me feel very confident in the next steps. He literally explained everything! He was so patient with my questions that I ended up scheduling a full system cleaning and air purifier/duct service. Highly recommend!"

Preston and his team were great! All issues were addressed in a timely, professional manner. They even cleaned up after finishing!!! Tyler came back a few days later to make any adjustments after our new system had been running for a week and answered any questions we had. SIMPLY THE BEST!! 👏👏👏 Our AC compressor stopped working on June 23rd, 2024. We had a very hot house and very warm fussy baby! Harris Air Services were able to prioritize our call and had an excellent tech (Jose G.) dispatched WITHIN AN HOUR!! Jose was very respectful of our home and very honest about the issue -- we had popped the compressor capacitor. Instead of recommending a costly replacement or just replacing the capacitor (which was likely to fail again, now that it's failed once), he recommended their electrical rebuild kit, which also replaces the electrical contact / control module, and includes a hard start kit (a secondary capacitor to lighten the initial electrical load).
