I have used Harris A/C for 8 years, both for maintenance of an older Heat pump, and bought a new one from them in 2024. Had compressor motor go out in Feb 2025. Given their warranty and service staff, they replaced it, adjusted it no questions asked. I use them for Spring/winter mtce service every year. Thanks to the friendly ladies in the office and the professional staff !!

Very knowledgeable staff, I had 3 other companies out and none of them could properly diagnose my system issue and didn't want to mess with warranty parts. Harris came out and diagnosed the issue and had the warranted parts ordered all within an hour! They came back the next morning and had me up an running in about an hour! Restored my faith in humanity! Shout out to Steve and the office staff!
