I had diagnosed my home AC from previous mechanic. The Harris guy came and said the same. In 15 minutes he promised that will make it OK, charged me $75 and disappeared. (I paid $80 because I believed to him) He text me later and gave me a quote: To evacuate the system, replace TXV valve, and charge up, he said it will be 4 hours of job. I am a mechanic too and I know in four hours, a mechanic could install compressor and almost a half of the complete system. It makes no any sense to me. I did not accept that ripping off. I will not recommend this company to anybody.
