I called Robert because I was having problems getting my windows closed after I had taken them out to wash them. I had tried and tried and tried to put them back properly. I just couldn’t get it done. He walked me through it, and I still could not get it done and he took the time to come to my house 60 miles one way and to do this for me. Robert took the time to explain and show me incase I did it again. He also fixed them so they slid up and down easily for me. I would recommend HARRIS SIDING AND WINDOWS for all your needs. Also I had my windows installed Thanksgiving week of 2008. So after 18 years he still cares for his customers. Thank you again Janet Mauzey
