I had an unexpected emergency over the weekend and needed to have our septic tanks pumped. After calling several different places with no answer and no one able to come out the same day, I finally found Harrison Septic Services and gave them a call. Kyle Harrison was able to come out within just a couple hours at the last minute to help us out. While the ground was still frozen and covered in ice and snow, he still dug up my tank lids, pumped out both the tanks and then thoroughly cleaned them. The service was exceptional, quick but thorough, and even made suggestions to help our tanks in the future. Their pricing was great, and very reasonable; and since we were so impressed by the service we received, we decided to schedule a riser installation this coming Monday so I left our tank lids

Kyle came out and did a fabulous job cleaning out my 8 year old septic tanks. He was fast, efficient, and communicated very well throughout the entire process. My kids were playing in the yard at the time, and Kyle was extremely respectful and professional around them, which I really appreciated. His pricing was great, and he carries his company very well. I highly recommend Harrison Septic Services.

I had an urgent septic issue and they were able to get here the same day, which was a huge relief. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and clearly very experienced. While the service wasn’t cheap, that seems to be the case everywhere now, and I truly believe you get what you pay for. This was a high-quality, professional experience, and I feel confident my system is set up to last. Kyle also explained the do’s and don’ts to help ensure a long lifespan, which was very helpful. It’s also great to be able to support a local, family-owned and operated small business. I would definitely recommend them.

Kyle Harrison, owner of HARRISON SEPTIC SERVICES may be in Mineral Wells TX but he works everywhere (I have a Ft Worth zip) and is an "I CAN DO IT" MAN! (I initially called a highly-rated guy in Poolville and he had the worst attitude I've ever heard.) If you have a DIFFICULT JOB Kyle is like "No Problem!"...and he gets it done. He answers all your questions, has a polite and helpful attitude, and delivers even if he's pressed for time. He also happens to be $100 to $150 LESS to pump out 2 tanks than the competetion according to what I paid initially to another co. (at this time October 2025). I plan on using him permanently and can highly recommend Kyle as he is the person you will talk with and be doing the work. Five Stars.

Had our septic back up due to being full. Discovered it Saturday evening and called Harrison Septic after 7 pm on a Saturday and he was out next morning to pump our tank. Price was fair, good communication, and Kyle was friendly and polite. Answered my questions. I highly recommend Harrison Septic! Also, their slogan is funny!
