Massey's Septic Tank Service

I am an Area Facilities Manager for an express car wash company in Saginaw. Last week we could not get our commode to flush and after snaking the drain and checking everything I found out the the site had septic/holding tank that would pump out the sewage to the city drain but the grinder pump went out so it was full. It was Friday late in the day and I called a lot of other places but they could not get to me till the following week. When I called Massey's They said they could get someone out on Saturday morning and that they carry the pump I needed on the truck. True to their word first thing in the morning they were there pumped and cleaned the tank and replaced the pump. I don't remember his name but the tech was polite, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely recommend them

I had my septic system serviced today by Massey’s. Phillip arrived as scheduled and did a great job for us. We have a conventional system that is over 35 yrs old and try to be proactive and have it serviced every two years. Phillip had more than enough hose on his truck that allowed him to stage the truck in the pasture to an avoid damage to our yard and or driveway. We have used Massey’s for several years and have always had excellent service.

Phillip did a great job on a rainy day. He shared his knowledge with me and earned a repeat customer.
