We recently chose Harrison's Hardwood to do an engineered hardwood floor over radiant heat in our historic farmhouse. We could not have chosen a better, more professional group to work with! John Condon is a top-notch professional who knew his wood products with expertise. He offered a wide selection of options for us to choose from and ultimately steered us to make the best choice for our home. We did have a serious mishap where the initial wood we ordered was not being delivered on time for our install date which would have disrupted the entire work schedule like a house of cards. John helped us choose an alternative product and personally came to help install an alternative and actually superior wood product choice on the Sunday after Thanksgiving to keep our schedule intact. John and his entire team are as helpful as can be. Took the time to answer all our questions--sometimes more than once--and made themselves available day and night throughout the project. They went above and beyond in so many different ways. First and foremost, the floors are gorgeous. Prices were better than what we found elsewhere, and as important, we were certain from the moment we began the conversation that they were experts who knew exactly what they were doing--and believe us, that's not a given. The end result is a beautiful wood floor that we have the peace of mind knowing has been installed expertly and will be perfect for many years to come. John Condon took my deposit to do my stairs. He was suppose to start work on 1/3/19 and never showed up. For the past 3 weeks My wife and I have been calling & texting him and no respond. The man is a thief I strongly recommend not to use his service unless you want to lose your money like we did . I am currently taking legal action against him

Worst flooring company ever. John Condon rips people off. Doesn't complete work on time. Treats his employees poorly. Doesn't provide paid bill. Awful. Harrison's Hardwoods going out of business is karma hitting them.
