Scheduled appointment and they closed early on me 30 minutes. Ordered used washer and 6 appliances. Washer did not work. I asked for an exchange or refund and they argued with me. Had to pay for shipping and working on my 3rd trip. They don’t have any used appliances to exchange . At this point cutting my losses and moving on. We buy appliances for about a house a week and they still don’t offer to replace or refund when I could purchase 50-100 sets of appliances for whole house. Avoid buying here

We purchased a Wash and Dryer from Harry's and he had the best price around, had it in stock, and held it at the store till we were ready to install. He was kind and professional. We have also called for other issues and if he couldn't help us he tried send us to someone who could. We will definitely use Harry's again in the future.

Today I bought a washer and dryer for good price Mr. Harry help me. I went there because my dad had done business with Mr. Harry and my dad always have said nice things about Mr. Harry and his staff. And his delivery guys were really nice they hook it up and just before they go Michael show me how it works and after they leave I used my washer and dryer and I love it. Wonderful! Love doing business with such kind people. We were in a bind this week, with family coming in for a funeral. Our washer pump went out and Mr. Harry sent out someone immediately! It was fixed in plenty of time! Thank you & your staff for everything!
