I called here looking for a control board for my furnace that went out and over the phone they made absolute sure I was buying what I needed/went the extra mile. When I got there I met the guy who had helped me JARED S.( Is his name) Was able to conversate with him and left. Well the next day I called back for some advice on troubleshooting. He knew exactly what I was saying and helped me get my furnace up and running. One of the best persons in retail/sales that I have met in a looooong time. Really takes pride in what he does. Certainly the person I want to go to for any of my heating/HVAC needs!!!
